A game show featuring little floating faces that get flattened by a hammer if they answer a question wrong. Last head standing (er... floating) wins!
Many After Dark modules had interactive elements, but a few of them doubled as fully interactive games. This was among the first. It’s not the most challenging trivia game out there. The questions are pretty easy, there are only three answers to choose from and a lot of them feature an obvious "joke" answer so even if you legitimately don't know the answer to a question, you've essentially got a 50/50 shot. There also just don't seem to be a lot of questions available.
But what it lacks in gameplay, it makes up for in visual design and charm. I mean, look at that lovely 90s CGI wood grain on the handle of that hammer! Plus, let's face it, you're not sitting down to play this for long periods of time. It's a screen saver after all.
Three sliders here. "Contestants" lets you select the number of contestants from one to three. "Timer" sets the amount of time the contestants have to answer the question. "Music" lets you determine how long the music plays while the contestants think of which answer to pick, so you can only have it play a limited number of times if you find it annoying. Finally, a "Show Answers" checkbox determines whether or not the correct answer is displayed after an incorrect answer is chosen by a contestant.
